Hello! My name is Christopher Phillips. I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I served a two-year church mission in Ecuador, where I learned Spanish. I graduated from BYU Provo, Utah, with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Spanish. I taught high school physics and 8th-grade physical science, and then worked as an emergency department technician and an EMT on 911 ambulances. I graduated from California Northstate University, College of Medicine, and finished residency training at Loma Linda University in Murrieta, CA. I am married and have five children. I enjoy music, sports, Disneyland, church, and spending time with friends and family.

Through invaluable mentorship at UC Davis and exceptional training at Touro University Nevada, he pursued his goal of becoming a dermatology physician assistant and remains committed to staying current with the latest research to provide the highest level of dermatologic care.

Isabella Will is a Physician Assistant practicing medical dermatology, dedicated to providing evidence-based, up-to-date care. Born and raised in Palos Verdes, California, she spent much of her adult life in Las Vegas before relocating to Stockton, where she enjoys caring for a diverse patient population. Her clinical interests include chronic inflammatory skin diseases, particularly hidradenitis suppurativa and psoriasis, and she values building long-term partnerships with patients.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as a medical assistant and scribe in urgent care and primary care settings, gaining experience in both acute and chronic conditions. Isabella is currently participating in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Fellowship Program and is committed to collaborative, patient-centered care.

Ryan Schoneboom was born and raised in Iowa and earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University, where he worked as a research assistant and microbiology tutor. These roles built a strong foundation in human physiology, research, and evidence-based practice.
He expanded his understanding of human performance through competitive athletics, interning as a strength and conditioning coach with UC Berkeley Olympic sports and the University of Virginia football team, working with elite NCAA athletes and future professionals. During this time, he also became one of the highest vertical jumpers in the world, gaining valuable insight into performance optimization, discipline, and mentorship.
As his focus shifted toward medicine, Ryan transitioned into clinical care by volunteering in the emergency department and working as a phlebotomist in both plasma donation and Level 1 trauma center settings. He earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University and is a nationally certified PA. During PA school, he developed a passion for dermatology, where he enjoys blending science, empathy, and lifelong learning to help patients achieve better health and peace of mind.
